Cancellation & Refund Policy
This Cancellation and Refund Policy governs session cancellations,
rescheduling, and refund eligibility for therapy services booked
through Neuthinking.in, operated solely by Dhannya Ittymathew.

1. General Policy
1.1
All therapy sessions must be paid in advance at the time of booking
through Razorpay or an authorized payment gateway.
1.2
Session fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in this Policy.
2. Cancellation by Client
2.1
Cancellations made at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled session time are
eligible for a full refund, less a ₹99 processing fee.
2.2
Cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours before the session
are not eligible for refund.
2.3
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice
shall be treated as a cancellation within twenty-four (24) hours
and shall not qualify for refund.
2.4
For eligible user-initiated cancellations, a non-refundable processing fee of
₹99 is deducted from the refund amount.
3. Rescheduling
3.1
Rescheduling is not permitted, regardless of the timing of the request.
4. Cancellation by Service Provider
4.1
If a session is cancelled by the Service Provider due to unforeseen circumstances,
the client shall be entitled to a full refund, subject to a ₹99 processing fee deduction.
5. Technical Disruptions
5.1
In case of significant technical disruptions beyond the reasonable
control of either party (including internet outages or platform failures),
reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule the session.
6. Refund Processing
6.1
Approved refunds shall be processed through the original payment method
and may take five (5) to seven (7) business days depending on banking procedures.
7. Payment Disputes
7.1
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting the Service Provider
may result in suspension of future booking privileges.
8. Cancellation & Refund Request Process
8.1
Clients may cancel sessions directly through the
My Bookings section of the Website prior to the applicable
twenty-four (24) hour cancellation window.
8.2
If assistance is required, cancellation or refund-related queries
may also be sent to support@neuthinking.in.
8.3
Refund eligibility shall be determined strictly in accordance
with this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
